I met and discussed different scenarios and issues that my classmates had. We covered a wide range of topics and was great to see both the individual contributor and manager's perspectives in the discussions. You can't find such discussions anywhere. If you get a chance to attend, grab the opportunity.

Joining the live cohort was worth it because the live exercises and discussions gave me an opportunity to learn and ask questions directly to both Krishna and the rest of the group based on each individual's experience.
Overall, I believe the bootcamp will pay dividends over my career and recommend it to anyone who is ready to apply the lessons to their work.

What can I say - it was a privilege to be in the same group and learn from someone like Krishna. He surprised me with his humility and emotional intelligence. It was an introspective experience as well - I got to learn a lot about myself as a person and as a leader. The learning experience from the peer group was phenomenal as well.

Krishna walks each cohort through 7 steps of a career growth flywheel and each step is an additive step specifically geared to help you grow in the right manner.There's a lot more I could cover regarding the specific frameworks and tactics you'll learn in his bootcamp but you should just sign up right away. 

It is also rare to find such a program - most are strictly academic (Coding, Interviews etc..) while others are skill-specific (Project/Product management etc..). Career Accelerator Bootcamp strikes an amazing balance between ideas and experience.
The value derived out of this boot-camp is astronomical compared to the cost - and Krishna's passion towards educating and helping others is the reason.
I believe that it would take a few years for anyone to develop/experience the ideas in this program and it is prudent to experience it first-hand as soon as possible.

The Manager sessions covered lots of content about leading and managing and addressing the growth of managers and their teams.
