  • You will create a high level plan for next 2-3 years and set audacious goals for your growth.
  • You will gain alignment with your manager about your career goals and create an action plan. Together, you will create a concrete career growth plan, with a target promotion date that you will finalize with your manager.
  • You will setup feedback loops to get rapid feedback on your performance. Annual review feedback cycle is too slow. You will setup fast feedback loop and act on the feedback iteratively.
  • You will learn to earn trust from customers, stakeholders, peers, and upper management. Within 4 weeks you will apply what you learn and deepen the trust with one important stakeholder you pick. You will lean the repeatable process to build trust.
  • You will learn to identify and ask for projects that will help you grow faster. (There is a good way and bad way to ask for what you want.)
  • You will learn how to generate ideas to influence your team. You will get feedback on your idea from the coach and peers and refine your idea.
